Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

For mortgages we can be paid by commission or fee. For capital raising or debt consolidating we may charge a fee of £200 in addition to any commission received from the lender. Alternatively, we can work on a purely fee basis of £50 per hour. Process can take 10 hours, therefore our fee would typically be £500. Any commission from the lender would be rebated back to you.
