Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

For Mortgages/Remortgages we always charge a fee of £200 for advice and recommendation after we have assessed your needs. For debt consolidation or impaired credit we may charge an additional fee of £200 for the extra work involved in these types of cases.This charge is in addition to any commission received from the lender. Alternatively, we can work on a purely fee basis and this would be a bespoke charge costed after our initial free consultation.
